We provide machines for the Beginning Sewing classes. If you have a machine in good working order, you are welcome to bring it.

For all other classes, students should bring their own machines unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Our Cancellation Policy for regularly-scheduled classes without a registration deadline:

• If you cancel at least 14 days before class, you will receive a full refund.

• Between 7 & 14 days before class, you will receive a 100% credit towards another class.

• No refunds on cancellations within 7 days of the class. You may find someone else to take the class in your place.

• If a class is postponed due to weather conditions or the instructor is ill, you will be notified and the class rescheduled. If we cancel the class for any reason, a full refund is issued.

Our Cancellation Policy for classes and workshops with a registration deadline:

• If you cancel before the registration deadline, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel after the registration deadline and can find someone to replace you—or if we have a waiting list—you will receive a full refund.

When you register for a class, you will receive a supply list. Please bring what is on the supply list. If you have trouble sourcing any of the items, contact us.

In general, you should always bring needles, thread, scissors, pen and paper for taking notes, marking tools such as water-erase markers or chalk, a tape masure, and a ruler.
